Hello, I’m Mariama. As a yoga therapist, group facilitator, and educator, I am passionate about supporting at-risk youth, single mothers, and mature adults facing chronic health challenges. My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves tools to nurture resilience, find calm amidst chaos, and reconnect with their inner strength.

With a background in neuroscience and mindfulness-based practices, I combine the latest research with gentle yoga and meditation techniques to help my clients reduce stress, manage health conditions, and cultivate a sense of well-being. Whether it’s a small group or one-on-one sessions, I aim to create a safe, nurturing space where healing is possible.

My journey into wellness began with a simple understanding: that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. By integrating neuroscience with accessible yoga and mindfulness practices, I strive to empower each person to build resilience—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
